浩瀚色譜（山東）應用技術開發有限公司建立異氟烷中三氟乙醇殘留量的測定方法.方法采用毛細管氣相色譜法,色譜柱為PEG-20M石英毛細管柱(0.32mm×30m,0.25μm),用外標法定量.結果待測雜質三氟乙醇在0.004%～0.012%濃度范圍內線性關系良好,平均回收率為99.0%.結論此方法簡單、準確、靈敏度高,可用于異氟烷中三氟乙醇殘留量的檢測.

A method for the determination of trifluoroethanol residues in isoflurane was established by Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Application Technology Development Co., Ltd. Method Capillary gas chromatography was used with PEG-20M quartz capillary column (0.32mm × 30m,0.25 μ m) Results The linear relationship of the impurity trifluoroethanol to be determined was good within the concentration range of 0.004% ～ 0.012%, and the average recovery was 99.0%. Conclusion This method is simple, accurate, and sensitive, and can be used for the determination of trifluoroethanol residues in isoflurane
