浩瀚色譜(山東)應用技術開發有限公司研究了應用蘇碼罐采樣-氣相色譜/質譜(GC/MS)在艦船艙室環境中測定三甲胺含量的方法,并對某型疑似出現三甲胺釋放的艦船艙室中三甲胺含量進行了調查研究。方法利用蘇碼罐采集艦船典型艙室部位,特別是疑似存在三甲胺釋放部位的環境空氣樣品,通過預濃縮儀濃縮-氣相色譜質譜分析,建立蘇碼罐采樣-氣相色譜-質譜法測定艦船艙室環境空氣中的三甲胺檢測方法。結果通過優化色譜柱型、色譜柱溫度、預濃縮溫度和進樣量等試驗條件,采用蘇瑪罐-氣相色譜-質譜法可以有效檢測艦船艙室環境中的三甲胺濃度。主要儀器參數為:色譜柱HH-Tamine60甲胺專用毛細管柱;進樣口溫度:180℃,不分流進樣;柱流速:1.4mL/min;柱溫:35℃保持,5min,然后以5℃/min升溫150℃,保持7min,再以10℃/min升溫200℃,保持4min;冷阱濃縮儀取樣體積400ml;一級冷阱烘烤溫度150℃;烘烤時間10min;二級冷阱烘烤溫度220℃;烘烤時間10min;三級聚焦烘烤溫度150℃;烘烤時間10min;在此條件下,空氣中三甲胺的檢出限為0.8 ug/m~3,相關系數>0.9992,線性范圍為0~10~3 ug/m~3。

Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Application Technology Development Co., Ltd. has studied the method of determining the content of trimethylamine in the cabin environment of a ship by using Sumar tank sampling gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS), and investigated the content of trimethylamine in the cabin of a ship suspected of releasing trimethylamine. Methods Environmental air samples were collected from typical cabins of ships, especially those suspected to have trimethylamine release. A method for the determination of trimethylamine in the ambient air of ship cabins was established by preconcentrator concentration gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. Results By optimizing the column type, column temperature, preconcentration temperature and sample volume, the Suma tank gas chromatography-mass spectrometry can effectively detect the concentration of trimethylamine in the cabin environment of ships. The main instrument parameters are: chromatographic column HH-Tamine60 methylamine special capillary column; Injection port temperature: 180 ℃, no split injection; Column flow rate: 1.4 mL/min; Column temperature: 35 ℃ for 5min, then 5 ℃/min to 150 ℃ for 7min, then 10 ℃/min to 200 ℃ for 4min; The sampling volume of the cold trap concentrator is 400ml; The baking temperature of the primary cold trap is 150 ℃; Baking time 10min; The baking temperature of the secondary cold trap is 220 ℃; Baking time 10min; The three-stage focus baking temperature is 150 ℃; Baking time 10min; Under this condition, the detection limit of trimethylamine in air is 0.8 ug/m~3, the correlation coefficient is>0.9992, and the linear range is 0~10~3 ug/m~3.
