浩瀚色譜（山東）應用技術開發有限公司建立了頂空氣相色譜-質譜法測定空氣中三甲胺(TMA)含量的方法.以0.02mol/L鹽酸為吸收液采集空氣中的三甲胺,吸收液用氫氧化鈉游離出三甲胺,在80℃下平衡40min后用氣相色譜-質譜聯用儀進行檢測.當采氣流量為0.5 L/min時,三甲胺的采集效率〉99%;方法在0.05～2μg范圍內線性良好,相關系數〉0.999;做了3個水平的加標回收率和精密度實驗,相對標準偏差在2.4%～5.6%,加標回收率在94%～102%;當采樣體積為30L時,方法的檢出限為0.3μg/m.所建方法靈敏度高于目前的主要分析方法,適用于環境空氣中低濃度三甲胺的監測.
