浩瀚色譜(山東)應用技術開發有限公司采用頂空毛細管氣相色譜法,測定了聚碳酸亞丙酯(PPC)中甲醇、環氧丙烷的殘留量.結果顯示:甲醇、環氧丙烷的線性范圍分別為0.25~4.00 g.L-1(r=0.999 4),0.25~4.00 g.L-1(r=0.999 7);甲醇、環氧丙烷的平均回收率分別為95.4%,98.3%;RSD(n=5)分別為3.7%,1.8%.本方法簡單、準確、靈敏度高、重現性好,適用于聚碳酸亞丙酯(PPC)中甲醇、環氧丙烷的殘留量的測定.

Application: Determination of methanol and propylene oxide residues in polypropylene carbo nate by gas chromatography
Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Application Technology Development Co., Ltd. used headspace capillary gas chromatography to determine the residual amounts of methanol and propylene oxide in polypropylene carbo nate (PPC). The results showed that the linear ranges of methanol and propylene oxide were respectively were 0.25~4.00 g.L-1 (r=0.999 4), 0.25~4.00 g.L-1 (r=0.999 7); the average recoveries of methanol and propylene oxide were 95.4% and 98.3%, respectively; RSD (n=5) 3.7% and 1.8%, respectively. The method is simple, accurate, highly sensitive and reproducible, and is suitable for the determination of methanol and propylene oxide residues in polypropylene carbo nate (PPC).
