浩瀚色譜(山東)應用技術開發有限公司提出了測定水和土壤中甲基叔丁基醚(MTBE)的吹掃捕集-氣相色譜-質譜法。水和土壤樣品按相關標準采集后于25℃保存,吹掃捕集參數選定如下:①吹掃時間為11 min;②脫附時間和溫度分別為190℃,2 min。經氣相色譜分離后采用電子轟擊離子源和選擇離子掃描模式進行質譜分析。在水和土壤樣品中 MTBE 的質量濃度在一定范圍內與其峰面積呈線性關系,MTBE在上述2種樣品中的檢出限(3S/N)分別為0.10μg·L-1,0.26μg·kg-1。按標準加入法進行回收試驗,測得回收率在87.6%~103%之間,測定值的相對標準偏差(n=5)在2.3%~7.2%之間。

Methyl Tert-Butyl Ether (MTBE) is a colorless and transparent organic ether compound synthesized from methanol and isobutylene. Aiming at MTBE in soil and sediments, the sampling and analysis methods were compared and selected, and the purge and trap/gas chromatography-mass spectrometry method was selected as the best method.
Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Application Technology Development Co., Ltd. proposed a purge and trap-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry method for the determination of methyl tert-butyl ether (MTBE) in water and soil. The water and soil samples were collected according to relevant standards and stored at 25 °C. The purge and trap parameters were selected as follows: (1) the purge time was 11 min; (2) the desorption time and temperature were 190 °C and 2 min, respectively. After separation by gas chromatography, mass spectrometry was performed using electron bombardment ion source and selected ion scanning mode. The mass co ncentration of MTBE in water and soil samples has a linear relatio nship with its peak area within a certain range. The detection limits (3S/N) of MTBE in the above two samples are 0.10 μg·L-1 and 0.26 μg, respectively. ·kg-1. The recovery test was carried out according to the standard addition method, and the measured recovery rate was between 87.6% and 103%, and the relative standard deviation (n=5) of the measured value was between 2.3% and 7.2%.
