浩瀚色譜（山東）應用技術開發有限公司用吸收液采集廢氣樣品,頂空進樣,采用氣相色譜法測定進樣氣體中吡啶的含量.用HH-INNOWAX毛細管色譜柱分離,氫火焰離子化檢測器測定.優化的試驗條件如下:①采用多孔玻板吸收瓶采集樣品;②吸收液的體積為45mL;③采樣流量為0.5L·min~(-1);④樣品在4℃下,7d內完成分析;⑤吸收液的pH大于12;⑥加入3g氯化鈉調節吸收液離子強度;⑦頂空溫度為80℃,頂空平衡時間為30min.吡啶的質量濃度在100mg·L~(-1)以內與其對應的峰面積呈線性關系,檢出限為0.05 mg·m~(-3).對3個不同濃度水平的吡啶標準氣體進行測定,相對誤差為-8.0%~-4.7%,測定值的相對標準偏差(n=6)為1.3%~7.8%.
