浩瀚色譜(山東)應用技術開發有限公司用吸收液采集廢氣樣品,頂空進樣,采用氣相色譜法測定進樣氣體中吡啶的含量.用HH-INNOWAX毛細管色譜柱分離,氫火焰離子化檢測器測定.優化的試驗條件如下:①采用多孔玻板吸收瓶采集樣品;②吸收液的體積為45mL;③采樣流量為0.5L·min~(-1);④樣品在4℃下,7d內完成分析;⑤吸收液的pH大于12;⑥加入3g氯化鈉調節吸收液離子強度;⑦頂空溫度為80℃,頂空平衡時間為30min.吡啶的質量濃度在100mg·L~(-1)以內與其對應的峰面積呈線性關系,檢出限為0.05 mg·m~(-3).對3個不同濃度水平的吡啶標準氣體進行測定,相對誤差為-8.0%~-4.7%,測定值的相對標準偏差(n=6)為1.3%~7.8%.

The optimized test co nditions are as follows: ① The sample was collected by a multi-hole glass plate absorption bottle; ② The volume of the absorption solution was 45 mL; ③ The sampling flow rate was 0.5 L·min~(-1); ④ The sample was completed within 7 days at 4 °C Analysis; ⑤ The pH of the absorption solution is greater than 12; ⑥ Add 3 g of sodium chloride to adjust the io nic strength of the absorption solution; ⑦ The headspace temperature is 80℃, and the headspace equilibrium time is 30min. The mass co ncentration of pyridine is 100mg·L~(-1) There is a linear relatio nship with its correspo nding peak area within the range, and the detection limit is 0.05 mg·m~(-3). Three different co ncentration levels of pyridine standard gas were measured, and the relative error was -8.0%~-4.7%. The relative standard deviation (n=6) of 1.3%~7.8%.
