浩瀚色譜（山東）應用技術開發有限公司，采用新技術，研發新便攜式甲烷轉化爐在安捷倫8860氣相色譜儀配置兩個氫火焰檢定器、一個甲烷轉化爐一次進樣同時測定出丙烯中CO、CO2及烴類雜質,建立了一種簡單、準確、快速測定丙烯中微量雜質的分析方法。該方法相對標準偏差小于10%,檢測線(S/N=3)為1mg/l,平均回收率94.3%~101.1%,分析速度快、穩定性好、效率高、結果準確。經過試驗該方法完全能滿足丙烯中CO、CO2及烴類雜質的分析。

Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Application Technology Development Co., Ltd. adopts new technology to develop a new portable methane reformer. The Agilent 8860 gas chromatograph is equipped with two hydrogen flame detectors, a methane reformer and one sample injection to measure CO and CO2 in propylene at the same time and hydrocarbon impurities, a simple, accurate and rapid analytical method for the determination of trace impurities in propylene was established. The relative standard deviation of the method is less than 10%, the detection line (S/N=3) is 1 mg/l, the average recovery rate is 94.3%-101.1%, the analysis speed is fast, the stability is good, the efficiency is high, and the results are accurate and reliable. After experiments, the method can fully meet the analysis of CO, CO2 and hydrocarbon impurities in propylene.
This methane reformer does not need to modify the chromatographic instrument, it can be installed and tested directly, with high efficiency, good separation, and anti-oxidative interference.
