浩瀚色譜（山東）應用技術開發有限公司建立白酒中甲醇含量的氣相色譜測定方法。方法通過GC法測定白酒中甲醇含量,色譜柱選擇HH-WAX石英毛細管色譜柱(60m×0.25mm×0.25μm),程序升溫:40℃保持5min,然后以10℃/min的速度升到130℃,保持5min,再以20℃/min的速度升到180℃,保持3min。檢測器溫度:250℃;進樣量:1.0μL。結果甲醇的平均回收率98.3%,RSD1.42%～3.52%,檢測限0.02mg/L。結論氣相色譜法測定白酒中甲醇含量準確性高,值得推廣使用。
