浩瀚色譜(山東)應用技術開發有限公司建立了雙柱閥切換技術分析大氣樣品中的SF6含量的氣相色譜檢測方法。在所用實驗條件下,平均峰高響應為1.08×10-14mL/μV,SF6單位體積進樣量的色譜峰高的相對標準偏差為2.2%,SF6的低檢測限為6.03×10-13mL(3倍基線噪聲)。采用該方法分析大氣中SF6的含量,樣品分析時間為1.2min,于12min內完成11個空氣樣品的分析,SF6含量的相對標準偏差2.1%。

Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Applied Technology Development Co., Ltd. has established a gas chromatographic detection method for the analysis of SF6 co ntent in atmospheric samples using dual-column valve switching technology. Under the experimental co nditions used, the average peak height respo nse is 1.08×10-14 mL/μV, the relative standard deviation of the chromatographic peak height of the SF6 unit volume injection volume is 2.2%, and the minimum detection limit of SF6 is 6.03×10-13 mL (3 Times the ba seline noise). This method is used to analyze the co ntent of SF6 in the atmosphere. The sample analysis time is 1.2min. The analysis of 11 air samples is completed within 12min. The relative standard deviation of SF6 co ntent is 2.1%.
