Under the experimental conditions used, the average peak height response is 1.08×10-14 mL/μV, the relative standard deviation of the chromatographic peak height of the SF6 unit volume injection volume is 2.2%, and the minimum detection limit of SF6 is 6.03×10-13 mL (3 Times the baseline noise).
