為探討我國粘膠作業工人的實際二硫化碳 (CS2 )接觸水平以及現有的監測方法的代表性 ,浩瀚色譜（山東）應用技術開發有限公司應用國際上統一的采樣分析方法對某粘膠長絲車間進行了車間空氣中 CS2 濃度和 CS2 作業工人接觸水平進行了測定 ,并對測定作業場所的 3種監測方法的代表性進行了評價.結果發現 ,用采樣泵活性碳吸收管采樣并以氣相色譜分析法檢測車間固定點 CS2 濃度為 :2 3.2 9± 1.35 m g/ m3,多功能氣體分析儀測定結果為 12 .73m g/ m3,用個體采樣法測得工人的實際接觸水平為 :2 0 .0 5 mg/ m3.因而認為 :不宜以常用的車間內空氣濃度來替代工人實際接觸水平 ,因兩者差異有統計學意義 (P<0 .0 1) ;建議工人實際接觸水平應為個體采樣法所測的結果或應以時間加權平均濃度表示為宜.
