SSulfinert是Siltek處理工藝的一種，惰性，適用于ppb級水平的活潑硫化合物（如硫化氫及硫醇）的儲存和傳輸。
用來傳輸活性化合物時(比如硫)，Sulfinert處理過的不銹鋼管路有玻璃管和石英管所有的優點，但是它更加耐用靈活。

處理層幾乎不留活性點，因此通常不需再處理。在色譜中使用，Silcosteel處理層化學鈍化有一定幫助，Sulfinert處理層無需化學鈍化。使用溫度大于400℃的部件不能化學鈍化。

SSulfinert is a kind of Siltek treatment process, super inert, suitable for the storage and transmission of active sulfur compounds (such as hydrogen sulfide and mercaptans) at the ppb level.
When used to transport active compounds (such as sulfur), Sulfinert treated stainless steel tubing has all the advantages of glass and quartz tubes, but it is more durable and flexible.

There are almost no active points left in the treatment layer, so no further treatment is usually required. For use in chromatography, the chemical passivation of the Silcosteel treatment layer is helpful, and the Sulfinert treatment layer does not require chemical passivation. Parts whose service temperature is greater than 400°C cannot be chemically passivated.
