浩瀚色譜(山東)應用技術開發有限公司研究考察了在常溫和冷藏條件下放置不同時間(4小時和24小時)對采樣后Tenax-Ta管中苯濃度的影響。使用Tenax-Ta管采集配氣平臺中的苯,共采集24根,采樣后分別在常溫和冷藏條件下放置4小時和24小時后使用氣相色譜進行分析,以保留時間定性,峰面積定量。結果表明,不論儲存時間長短,在冷藏條件下的Tenax-Ta管測得的苯濃度均要高于在常溫條件下放置的的Tenax-Ta管,同時前者測得的苯濃度的分布情況也要好于后者,也就是變異系數小于在常溫情況下放置的Tenax-Ta管。這是因為在常溫條件下Tenax-Ta管中吸附的污染物會有部分解析從而導致測得的數據較低,并且導致數據分布較大,因此采樣結束后應當將Tenax-Ta管放入裝有冰袋的保溫箱中保存并且盡快分析。
探討Tenax-TA吸附管對密閉環境中苯系物的吸附性能。方法依據《室內空氣質量標準》總揮發性有機物的測定方法和美國EPA TO-17標準方法,用Tenax-TA吸附管對配制的苯系物標準氣體進行采樣,以保留時間定性,峰面積定量。結果該方法對苯系物測定的相對標準偏差在4.50%~9.51%之間,苯、甲苯、對二甲苯、鄰二甲苯的低檢出濃度分別為0.04,0.65,0.50和1.60μg/m3。當采樣體積不大于3 L時,Tenax-TA采樣管沒有穿透現象發生,苯系物通過Tenax-TA管吸附采樣后在室溫下可以保存40 d。結論 Tenax-TA吸附管對苯系物具有良好的吸附性能,而且設備簡單,樣品保存時間長,適合于一些特殊環境中氣體的采集。

Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Applied Technology Development Co., Ltd. researched and investigated the effect of storage for different times (4 hours and 24 hours) under normal temperature and cold storage co nditions on the co ncentration of benzene in Tenax-Ta tubes after sampling. Tenax-Ta tubes were used to collect benzene in the gas distribution platform. A total of 24 pieces were collected. After sampling, they were placed under normal temperature and refrigerated co nditions for 4 hours and 24 hours and then analyzed by gas chromatography. The retention time was qualitatively and the peak area was quantified. The results show that regardless of the length of storage time, the benzene co ncentration measured by the Tenax-Ta tube under refrigerated co nditions is higher than that of the Tenax-Ta tube placed under normal temperature conditions, and the distribution of the benzene co ncentration measured by the former is also better. In the latter, the coefficient of variation is smaller than the Tenax-Ta tube placed at room temperature. This is because under normal temperature conditions, the co ntaminants adsorbed in the Tenax-Ta tube will be partially resolved, resulting in lower measured data and larger data distribution. Therefore, the Tenax-Ta tube should be placed in the tube after sampling. Store it in an incubator with an ice pack and analyze it as soon as possible.
Discuss the adsorption performance of Tenax-TA adsorption tube for benzene series in a closed environment. Methods According to the "Indoor Air Quality Standards" total volatile organic compounds determination method and the US EPA TO-17 standard method, the prepared benzene series standard gas was sampled with Tenax-TA adsorption tube, and the retention time was qualitatively and the peak area was quantified. Results The relative standard deviation of the determination of benzene series by this method was between 4.50% and 9.51%. The minimum detectable co ncentrations of benzene, toluene, p-xylene and o-xylene were 0.04, 0.65, 0.50 and 1.60μg/m3, respectively. When the sampling volume is not more than 3 L, the Tenax-TA sampling tube does not penetrate, and the benzene series can be stored for 40 d at room temperature after being absorbed and sampled by the Tenax-TA tube. Co nclusion Tenax-TA adsorption tube has good adsorption performance for benzene series, and the equipment is simple, the sample storage time is long, and it is suitable for gas collection in some special environments.
