滕州市浩瀚色譜儀器技術服務有限公司，綜述了煙草成分化學分析領域的新發展以及一些新的分析手段的應用。在前人研究工作的基礎上，進行了新的研究和探討，提出了煙草及制品化學成分系統分析方法與識別技術。主要做了以下的探索性工作： 提出了總體上把握煙草品質的新想法，不僅僅著眼于煙草中某幾個成分的含量，而是在此基礎上探討了多種成分同時對煙草品質的影響作用。 分析并測定了煙草中細胞壁物質的含量，并探討了其含量與煙草品質的相關性規律。 同時測定了煙草中的總揮發性有機酸的含量、煙草水浸總酸度，并且用氣相色譜法測定了非揮發性有機酸中的某幾個重要組分的含量。 用一系列的不同極性的有機溶液對煙草進行了萃取，根據相似相溶的原理，分別在總量上初步探討了不同有機溶液萃取出的物質對于煙草品質的影響。 對于煙草中的甾醇類物質進行了分析并測定了其中的主要成分β-谷甾醇的含量。對于煙草中多酚類物質進行了分離并分析測定了綠原酸的含量。對于影響煙草燃燒性的氯、鉀元素進行了分析測定，探討了不同品質煙草的Cl/K的變化規律。
