傳統能源儲量日益減少以及能源需求的不斷增長使21世紀的能源問題面臨巨大的挑戰,人們越來越認識到可再生能源的巨大潛力和發展前景。利用農業固體廢棄物和污泥聯合厭氧發酵制氫,既可解決農業廢物和污泥的環境污染問題,又可制備清潔的燃料能源,因此具有非常重要的研究價值。以厭氧活性污泥為接種物,以玉米秸稈為發酵底物進行發酵產氫實驗,研究了不同秸稈粒徑、預處理方法、發酵液pH值和金屬離子對玉米秸稈發酵產氫速率以及產氫氣量的影響。結果表明:玉米秸稈粒徑越小越利于發酵產氫;經過H2SO4預處理后,玉米秸稈單位總產氫量大于經NaOH預處理樣品;pH值為6左右可以提高玉米秸稈的發酵產氫氣速率;Fe2+和Mg2+對發酵產氫效果有一定的影響。
