滕州市浩瀚色譜儀器技術服務有限公司,建立卡泊三醇中甲酸的含量測定方法。方法使用氣相色譜儀,采用OV-624毛細管色譜柱(6%氰丙基苯聚硅氧烷-94%二甲基聚硅氧烷),0.32 mm×30 m,液膜厚度為1.8μm;柱溫40℃,保持5 min,以10℃.min-1的速度升溫150℃;保持10 min。頂空進樣,頂空瓶平衡溫度:70℃,平衡時間:30 min,進樣量為1 ml。以氮氣為載氣,流速為3 ml.min-1;FID檢測器。結果甲酸線性關系良好,相關系數大于0.999;平均回收率為100.1%;檢出限為1.19 mg.L-1。結論該方法簡便,靈敏度高,重復性好,結果準確,適合于卡泊三醇中甲酸殘留量的測定。
