藥物中微量環氧乙烷的測定可用氣相色譜法,測定中需要使用低濃度的標準氣樣。如用注射器直接從高壓容器(鋼并)取得環氧乙烷,既不易得到純品氣樣,又不是低濃度的標樣;也有用重量法取樣的,由于墓量(容器重量)大,增量(環氧乙烷)小,引進較大的稱量誤差,都不能達到準確定量的要求〕
